CUC GACH the traditional Vietnamese family meals

(English) Hidden in a small street near the center of Ho Chi Minh city is an old French colonial mansion transformed into a fancy yet homely restaurant. The owner, an architect and restorer, made used of the colonial atmosphere and turned it into the most famous Vietnamese restaurant in the city for its family Vietnamese dishes.

(French) Quelque part non loin du centre d'Ho-Chi Minh se trouve, caché dans une petite rue, une ancienne maison coloniale française convertie en restaurant. Le propriétaire, architecte et restaurateur, a gardé intacte l'ambiance coloniale de la maison et en a fait le restaurant vietnamien le plus célèbre de la ville pour ses plats vietnamiens familiaux.

(English) Besides the fresh and organic ingredients, all of the cutleries and plates are old design and true porcelain which gives a unique countryside atmosphere. It brings back the old time for the locals and provide a authentic experience for the travelers.

(French) Outre les ingrédients frais et bio, tous les couverts et les assiettes sont de conception ancienne et en véritable porcelaine, ce qui donne une atmosphère unique de la campagne. Un retour dans le passé pour les vietnamiens, et une authentique expérience pour les voyageurs.

(English) I would recommend to taste the Dau Hu Trung Chien Xa Ot (Fried tofu with lemongrass and chilli), the Thit Kho Trung (Stewed pork with egg), the Rau Muong (Morning glory vegetable), ... but don't forget to try the freshly squeezed guava juice.

(French) Je vous recommande de goûter le Dau Hu Trung Chien Xa Ot (tofu frit avec citronnelle et piment), le Thung Kho Trung (porc à l'œuf), le Rau Muong (légume vetiamien Du Matin), ... mais n'oubliez pas d'essayez le jus de goyave fraîchement pressé.

(English) Although the prices are rather expensive than other vietnamese restaurants, the experience it provides is topnotch in term of quality, taste and overall atmosphere.

(French) Bien que les prix sont plutôt chers que d'autres restaurants vietnamiens, l'expérience qu'il offre est de premier ordre en termes de qualité, de goût et d'atmosphère globale.
