The revisited Chinese brioche - Bao Zi (English) A nice place in District 1 of HCMC to taste a Chinese Brioche not like any other one. Don't miss the Pork Bao Zi and the grilled beef Bao Zi. (English) I recommend you to avoid the crowded hour, better get there before 11am, at noon the restaurant is full of customers. The service is a bit slow but the food quality worth the time waiting for it.

It is probably the best chocolate brand in town which was found by French entrepreneurs. The chocolate is made from 100% Vietnamese cocoa beans and they work directly with local producers.
